Qualifications

• Experience in lead kitchen role or hospitality/food service.
• Basic knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, support the team and improve dining services.
• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings at a designated station.
• Operate stove top, flat top, open flame grill and other equipment.
• Transport pans and food safely between workstations.
• Prepare and serve food per guest specifications.
• Store foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records.
• Keep supplies stocked and take inventory as directed.
• Set up and break down stations; sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with guests and team.
• Be organized and may operate POS for orders and to-go items.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
