Aramark is seeking a Lead Cook to prepare food per standard recipes while following safety and sanitation procedures. The role may involve supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality and timeliness in food production.

You will safely handle knives and operate ovens, grills, fryers, and other equipment, with duties varying by location to meet client needs and business demands.

Qualificações

• Must have supervisor experience in a related role.
• Experience as a cook or related role is required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proven basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign daily work activities to staff and supervise completion of tasks.
• Train and guide staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and cooking methods.
• Cook and prepare food following production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
