Job summary

Luna Grill in Celina, TX is seeking Lead Cooks to start our first Celina team. You will lead BOH operations, ensure food quality and safety, and drive fast-paced service in a growing brand.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in a high-volume setting, English/Spanish as a plus, and a passion for great flavor and teamwork. Luna Grill offers growth opportunities and a team-focused culture in a vibrant new location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment.
• Strong understanding of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH during assigned shifts while ensuring food quality, safety, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Train team members, monitor food safety logs, coordinate station assignments, and ensure Luna Grill standards.
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Luna Grill recipes and portion standards.
• Set up, organize, and maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift; assist with prep, stocking and closing duties.
• Direct and assist team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations; communicate with leadership and teammates.
