Job summary

Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA is seeking a full-time culinary professional to join our award-winning kitchen team. Produce high-volume meals with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will train interns and junior cooks, rotate through stations, manage inventories, and contribute to new menu ideas under the guidance of the Sous Chef. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, 401K, PTO, and free Hersheypark

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 4 years culinary experience OR a degree or certificate from a Culinary Institution plus 2 years culinary experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce foods and large volumes of prep work with minimal supervision, maintaining quality standards.
• Lead and train culinary interns and junior cooks in daily tasks and organization.
• Work across designated stations (Garde Manager, A la Carte Hot Line, Banquets, etc.).
• Control inventories, requisitions, and par levels.
• Assist sous chef in developing and writing new menu ideas and recipes.
