Elior North America’s Trio-Community Meals in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced lead cook to join the team. You will oversee food preparation, train and supervise a team of culinary professionals, and help ensure every dish meets our standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will enforce safety and sanitation guidelines, manage recipe execution, and monitor food costs to help keep operations efficient while delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

The Role at a glance:
