Job summary

Trio-Community Meals in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced lead foodservice worker to oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring quality food preparation and service during the 3:00am–11:00am shift. You will lead a team to deliver consistent meals and excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership and ServSafe certification, with at least one year in a foodservice role. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive pay and benefits.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in Jacksonville, FL. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

Shift hours: 3:00am-11:00am.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading cold food prep and staging.
• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation Range

$20.00-$21.00/hr.
