Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare food in appropriate quantities based on the number of customers, using the Lucky Strike Entertainment operations manual and prep sheets.
• Ensure all food orders are prepared, presented, and delivered in accordance with the company's standards.
• Mentor kitchen staff, training them on procedures, presentation, sanitation, equipment use, and cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of the kitchen, storage, refrigeration, and serving areas according to company and local guidelines.
• Weekly calibration of all cooking and refrigeration equipment to ensure product quality and freshness.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment following health department laws using approved sanitation products.
• Receive and inspect food and supply deliveries, ensuring condition, proper temperatures, and invoice accuracy; rotate stock and mark cases with delivery dates.
• Work the food line preparing menu items, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Assist colleagues with various duties to ensure smooth customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer questions or requests, taking ownership and guiding to resolution.
• Become certified in the company's alcohol service program within 14 days and the food safety program within 30 days of employment.
• Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support business operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of operational experience; culinary or food management degree is a plus.
