JBay, LLC strives to provide extraordinary hospitality for members of its beach clubs in Breezy Point, NY and are looking for variable (seasonal) associates to join our talented teams for the upcoming 2025 Summer Season.
The anticipated first day of work will be in May 2025 and the last day is estimated to be in September 2025.
Lead Cook
Summary: As a Lead Cook, you will assist the F&B Manager/Kitchen Manager in ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained in proper cooking techniques and sanitation guidelines per Corporate policies to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3 years culinary experience
POS experience
ServSafe Certification required
Hourly rate of pay: $23.00 - $24.00, based upon skill and experience.
