Pay Range: $20 per hour - $21 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while prioritizing customer service. Your passion for food and warm smile will positively impact those you serve.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food.
  • Support food service operations, including operating a grill station and serving customers at an a la carte station.
  • Assist management in overseeing daily functions and staff, depending on business needs.
  • Attend scheduled shifts reliably and punctually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary by account and client requirements.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred.
