Lead Cook

Location: THE TOWERS AT LAGUNA VILLAGE - 17140001

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $19 per hour - $22 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while prioritizing customer service. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact on those you serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food.
• Support food preparation at an a la carte station and/or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily operations and oversight of staff.
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, depending on business needs.

• 3-4 years of related work experience preferred.
