We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Cook to join our team! As a Culinary Supervisor, you'll manage the kitchen food service and work with an amazing team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone passionate about food, with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement new ideas.
As a Lead Cook, you'll have demonstrated success as a cook with a hands-on approach. You will oversee and coordinate culinary staff activities, ensure all meals meet high-quality standards, and manage inventory and food costs. You will also develop and implement new menu items, as well as train and mentor staff.
A basic knowledge of cooking techniques in both a la carte and banquet settings is required, with the ability to perform tasks in planned and troubleshooting scenarios, positively impacting kitchen cleanliness, organization, and health standards.
