Our Tatsu-Ya team is seeking a Lead Cook with management experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude. We offer opportunities to expand your knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine.

Job Duties
  1. Supervising employees, assigning duties, and training line cooks
  2. Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
  3. Reporting issues during shifts to the Sous Chef
  4. Managing employee requests
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  6. Coaching team members and training new staff
  7. Handling customer issues and employee disputes
