RAM Enterprise, Inc. seeks a Lead Conveyor Belt Technician for our Elko, NV facility. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Conveyor Belt Services Superintendent and emphasizes safety and quality workmanship in a Northwest Region setting.

Responsibilities include installing splices, operating belt equipment, delivering products to customers, and managing on-call schedules. A valid driver's license and 5 years of fabric/steel cord splicing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabric and steel cord splicing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Willingness to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsabilités

• Promote safety as the top priority on every task.
• Demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Drive truck and trailer when needed.
• Install mechanical splice materials and related tools.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
