Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 3+ years of experience as a heavyweight Belt Technician.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of technicians in installing, repairing, and replacing conveyor belts.
• Fabricate specialty conveyor belt components.
• Conduct belt audits and perform pulley lagging as needed.

Skills

Ability to vulcanize

Ability to lift 50 plus pounds

Ability to work in tight spaces

Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Trade School or training program preferred
