Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and read/interpret documents.
• Must pass color vision and color hue tests.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Proficiency with hand tools required.
• Good attendance and reliability required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain and operate a flexographic press.
• Perform make ready with anilox rollers, plates, inks and dies for print quality.
• Clean, lubricate and adjust equipment to maintain production quality.
• Notify supervision of repairs or parts needs.
• Deliver finished material to appropriate areas.
• Ensure equipment is safe and well maintained.
• Assist with other printing processes as directed by supervision.
• Assist in training other team members.
• Follow all printing process documents and specifications.
