Las Vegas, Nevada-based MGM Resorts is seeking a Conversion Lead to coordinate high-impact venue transformations between events with precision, speed, and zero room for error. The role centers on setting and striking staging, coordinating equipment, and supporting arena operations.

You will perform administrative duties and collaborate with Conversion Tech II staff. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in conversion or stage production, a High School Diploma, and availability for nights,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events
• Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
• Perform administrative duties related to event productions
• Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties

THE JOB:

THE STARTING RATE:

$24.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events
• Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older
