Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Conversion Lead responsible for driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events, with precision, speed, and zero room for error.

Starting rate: $24.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in conversion, stage production, or public venue operations (including leadership), is 21+, has a High School Diploma, and can work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Store equipment in designated areas and operate venue equipment and mobile equipment for arena operations.
• Perform administrative duties related to event productions.
• Work along Conversion Tech staff on all other conversion duties.

THE JOB:

The Conversion Lead is at the center of the action—driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events while ensuring every transition is executed with precision, speed, and zero room for error.

THE STARTING RATE:

$24.00/ Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations

• Perform administrative duties related to event productions

• Work along Conversion Tech staff on all other conversion related duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older

• 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.

• High School Diploma required

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
