Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on PLC programming with strong Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley experience.
• Proficiency in robotics, vision systems and motion control.
• Experience with BOMs and electrical drawings across projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead engineer on complex multi-disciplinary builds.
• Design and implement PLC, HMI, motion and vision applications.
• Develop engineering standards and reusable code libraries.
• Coordinate system integration across mechanical, electrical, and software streams.
• Lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (UL 508A).
