Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience; 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, P&IDs, cable schedules, IO lists, and network diagrams.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, S3D) and clash checks.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead teams on greenfield/brownfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise control systems designers and drafters to meet project schedules.
• Oversee material requisitions, bid evaluations, and progress reports.
• Ensure design quality, compliance with codes, and safe operation.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and schedules for the discipline.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate requirements.
• Review calculations and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead constructability reviews and maintain design standards.
