Job summary

NovaSource Power Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Full Time Control Room – Lead I to support real-time operations across a diverse portfolio of generating facilities. This role works closely with the Control Room – Supervisor to maximize revenue, manage alarm responses, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

You will contribute to reporting tools, procedures, training materials, and testing programs, and may fill in for a Control Room – Operator IV as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years as a Control Room – Operator (I, II, III, IV) or equivalent.
• 7–8 years Power Plant Operations; high voltage experience is a plus.
• Control Room – Lead I qualifications achieved.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Control Room – Supervisor by pursuing revenue deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple generating facilities.
• Develop reporting tools, procedures, and training materials; support testing programs.
