Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Lead Control Engineer to serve as the technical lead on Building Management and Energy Management System projects for mission-critical facilities.

You will design, develop, and implement proprietary BMS and Niagara-based solutions, including system architecture, data modeling, control logic, and integration with building systems. The role requires expert proficiency with the Tridium Niagara Framework and strong knowledge of HVAC/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ladder logic and structured text programming.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for automation issues.
• Experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting BMS controllers (DDC).
• 5+ years programming/configuring/troubleshooting Tridium Niagara N4 for BMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering for small to medium projects and contribute to large programs.
• Lead programming/configuration efforts for complex building automation projects.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and field deployment of BMS solutions.
• Provide maintenance support for existing systems and troubleshoot issues.
