• Willing to be a working manager and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning and contents crews in the field.
• Assign daily responsibilities and keep crews productive, organized, and on schedule.
• Train employees on cleaning techniques, safety, and quality expectations.
• Work alongside the crew and step in wherever needed to keep jobs moving.
• Oversee contents cleaning and pack-outs, inventory, and packing back.
• Communicate with homeowners and customers throughout the project.
