• Collaborate with content, visual, interactive designers, and prototypers to improve how game experiences are presented on Netflix.
• Write UX copy for Netflix Game UI and develop content strategy for presenting game information.
• Run studies (A/B testing and qualitative analysis) to inform content decisions that engage and retain viewers.
• Document language and wording in design specs while adhering to the Games glossary and style guide.
• Contribute to and update the Games glossary and style guide as needed.
• Present Content Design work to partners and stakeholders for visibility and feedback.
• Define Content Design workflows and boundaries to drive discussion and execution.
