Job summary

FIS is seeking a Consultant Lead to guide data conversion and implementation for CIS, Safe Deposit Box, and CTR systems. You will set conversion strategies, map data, validate outcomes, and work with clients and internal teams to ensure successful IBS transitions.

You will mentor consultants, manage multiple workstreams, and drive readiness and quality in regulatory-compliant banking transformations. Join a leading fintech firm delivering complex modernization projects.

Qualifications

• Typically, 5+ years of experience in banking operations, financial technology or related financial services environments.
• Experience performing data conversions, including data mapping, data validation, consulting, reconciliation.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple implementation workstreams.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion and implementation activities for CIS, Safe Deposit Box, and CTR system projects.
• Develop and oversee conversion strategies, ensuring accurate data mapping and migration outcomes.
• Analyze customer data structures, workflows, and requirements to identify risks and deliver conversion solutions.
• Create and approve detailed field-to-field mapping documentation and implementation deliverables.
• Mentor consultants and provide subject matter expertise to support delivery excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion quality and efficiency.
