Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data files, workflows, and requirements to develop data conversion strategies.
• Create and maintain field-to-field data mapping documentation for data migration.
• Validate and reconcile conversion data for accuracy and completeness.
• Configure customer-specific processing parameters within IBS solutions.
• Lead testing activities and review conversion results to improve quality.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to translate business requirements into specs.
• Lead readiness reviews and oversee testing, validation, and training activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and client support during implementation and conversion events.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
