Job summary

Vistex is seeking a Lead Consultant Analytics to deliver Vistex Analytics solutions across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments. The role blends functional and technical delivery, shaping data models, reports, and dashboards while guiding BI architecture discussions for customer success.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience with SAP BI/BW/HANA, ABAP, and HANA modelling, and can collaborate with global teams. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 years: Experience in a similar role.
• 8 years: Strong experience in NATIVE HANA modelling and ABAP programming.
• 6 years: Ability to provide inputs on BI best practices and BI Architecture.
• 5 years: SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise.

Vistex is looking for a Lead Consultant Analytics who will be responsible for hands-on delivery of Vistex Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud based/hybrid). The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop Vistex Analytics solutions to best address our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Design and develop data models to support business and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using applicable reporting and visualization tools.
• Analyze and present data and complex information in a clear, actionable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage customer escalations and challenging project situations, ensuring appropriate communication and resolution.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating through appropriate channels when necessary.
• Support project management activities and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Collaborate effectively within a global delivery model and across cross-functional teams.
• Build strong working relationships through proactive communication, collaboration and networking.
• Develop a strong understanding of Vistex functionality and continuously expand technical and advisory knowledge.
• Participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert when needed.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, dependability, and a results-focused approach to assigned responsibilities.
• Travel as needed to support client-facing engagement.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $125K to $145k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual bonus.

Required Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.

• 5 years: SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise.
• Preferred 5 years: SAP is preferred. Vistex experience would be a plus.
