Job summary

Vistex seeks a Lead Consultant Analytics to deliver Vistex Analytics solutions on-premise, cloud, or hybrid. The role blends functional and technical work to design data models, build reports and dashboards, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, guiding BI architecture, and collaborating across a global delivery model. Travel to client sites is expected; compensation ranges from $125K to $145K plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10 years: Experience in a similar role.
• 8 years: Strong experience in Native HANA modelling, SQL, ETL.
• 6 years: Ability to provide inputs on BI architecture based on customer requirement.
• 5 years: SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Design and develop data models to support business and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using applicable reporting and visualization tools.
• Analyze and present data and complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage customer escalations and challenging project situations, ensuring appropriate communication and resolution.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support project management activities and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Collaborate within a global delivery model and across cross-functional teams.
• Build strong working relationships through proactive communication and networking.
• Develop a strong understanding of Vistex functionality and expand knowledge.
• Participate in the sales process as a subject matter expert when needed.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, dependability, and a results-focused approach.
• Travel as needed to support client-facing engagements.

Vistex is looking for a Lead Consultant Analytics who will be responsible for hands-on delivery of Vistex Analytics solutions (On-prem/cloud based/hybrid). The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop Vistex Analytics solutions to best address our customers’ needs.

The compensation for this position is $125K to $145k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual bonus. 6 years: Ability to provide inputs on best practices for BI and recommend BI Architecture based on customer requirement.

5 years: SAP BI/BW/HANA technical expertise.

Preferred

5 years: SAP and ABAP are preferred. Vistex experience would be a plus.
