Job summary

The role requires a minimum of six years in construction or maintenance, a NC contractor’s license if applicable, and a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six years in construction or maintenance; active North Carolina contractor's license if applicable; valid NC driver’s license and driving history acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for Duke and contract labor, ensuring proper staffing and supplies.
• Provide project management for selected projects requiring direct supervision of construction/maintenance activities.
• Inspect completed work for code compliance and coordinate required rework or modifications with inspectors.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed, including PPE and hazard communications.
