Qualifications

• Must-have: 4 years exempt related experience (Planning, Production Control, Engineering, Construction/Project, Merchant Marine).
• Must-have: 6 years non-exempt professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process for AOR, defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage expectations with team members and stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met and work stays on schedule.
• Identify and resolve design, material, scheduling, manpower or other issues affecting critical path work.
• Liaise with trades management to control cost performance and overtime requirements.
• Assess growth work and contract changes for funding authorization and schedule integration.
