Job summary

Hill & Wilkinson is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents in Fort Worth, TX to lead projects from dirt work through punch list. You will manage owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff to ensure execution aligned with contract documents and plans.

As a Superintendent, you will schedule meetings, enforce safety rules, drive the quality control program and inspect ongoing work to maintain quality workmanship and on-time completion across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and growing relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff.
• Responsible for the successful execution and timely completion of all construction project phases from dirt work to the punch list and all activities in between including scheduling, conducting subcontractor and owner/architect meetings, enforcing all corporate safety rules and regulations, driving the quality control program and inspecting work in progress to ensure quality workmanship and conformity to contract documents and plan specifications.
