Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience with scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and Clark Standards of Excellence.
• Ability to communicate plans effectively across multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work.
• Implement safety and quality culture on site and conduct inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule and milestones.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company.
