Job summary

Soltek Pacific is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team. The supervisor will oversee all construction activities, build relationships with owners, senior management, and subcontractors, and ensure project progress aligns with the plan.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience, be proficient with Procore and Primavera P6, and be able to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with the Project Manager and Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of progressive construction experience, including superintendent experience.
• Knowledge of Procore and Primavera P6 preferred.
• Proven experience managing a job site and subcontractors.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities on the project.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the baseline schedule and 3-week short-term schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-performed labor.
• Document daily progress via daily reports.
• Issue RFIs and assist in resolving design issues with the Designer of Record.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Quality Control Manager on project aspects.
