Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or education construction.
• Overseeing self-perform concrete crews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction planning through closeout.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate field operations to meet milestones.
• Supervise subcontractors, craftsmen, and self-perform crews.
• Coordinate and manage concrete scopes of work throughout project execution.
• Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations.
• Operate as the primary field leader and point of coordination on-site.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and planning sessions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
