Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion.
Background in commercial, industrial, or education construction.
Overseeing self-perform concrete crews is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
Lead projects from preconstruction planning through closeout.
Drive project schedules and coordinate field operations to meet milestones.
Supervise subcontractors, craftsmen, and self-perform crews.
Coordinate and manage concrete scopes of work throughout project execution.
Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations.
Operate as the primary field leader and point of coordination on-site.
Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and planning sessions.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
