Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee site activities, coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors, and enforce strict safety and quality protocols while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, control, and monitor the daily work activities of construction workers and team members.
• Manage project schedules, expenditures, and budgets while ensuring availability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Act as a central liaison with project managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Inspect sites to enforce quality standards and ensure safety and security of the construction site.
• Maintain effective progress updates and communication with clients, managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
