Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee site activities, coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors, and enforce strict safety and quality protocols while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Site Management: Direct, control, and monitor the daily work activities of construction workers and team members.
• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, expenditures, and budgets while ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies are available.
• Collaboration: Act as a central liaison working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect all sites to enforce strict quality standards and ensure the safety and security of the construction site.
• Communication: Maintain effective progress updates and communication with clients, managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications

• Task Management: Ability to independently assess, prioritize, and administer multiple tasks, projects, and demands concurrently.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
