Job summary

Candidates should have a relevant degree and familiarity with NYC requirements; OSHA certifications and a superintendent license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience supervising site construction, scheduling, and safety.
• NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License is a plus.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications and Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise field personnel.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure project schedule and budget compliance.
• Develop and update master and look-ahead schedules for trades.
• Prepare daily construction reports and manage RFIs and documentation.
• Ensure permits and approvals from authorities are secured.
