The role involves maintaining project schedules, managing field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing project documentation. The successful candidate will have experience supervising multifamily residential and historical renovation projects, with a proven track record managing projects exceeding $12 million.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedule and timeline for timely completion.
• Manage field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure order and organization on the job site and in documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of all subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local safety codes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certificate or SST card.
• Experience in multifamily residential projects.
• Knowledge of state and local building codes.
• Experience supervising projects over $12 million.
