Estes Construction is seeking a full-time commercial construction Project Engineer in Davenport, IA. This post-graduate entry level role starts in Estes PE training, a 3–4 year program designed to prepare you for roles in project management, preconstruction, business development, or superintendent.

You will spend significant time in the field with hands-on responsibilities including scheduling, change orders, quality reviews, submittals, RFIs, safety monitoring, subcontractor management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork supporting the superintendent and project manager.
• Learn to lead commercial construction projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with scheduling, change orders, submittals, RFIs and quality reviews.
