Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Oversee project start-up, execution, and close-out activities.
• Develop personnel development and recruitment strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Forecast costs and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Resolve problems with final authority.
• Implement QA/QC plans and safety goals.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager as needed.
• Review schedules, cost projections, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure adherence to site safety rules and procedures.
