The role requires reading blueprints and specifications, strong planning, and a safety-conscious leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications (mandatory).
• Strong math and analysis skills for budgeting and scheduling.
• Leadership to build respect, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams.
• OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 10 or equivalent is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closing; coordinate crews, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits; ensure compliance with plans and Trimerge standards.
• Interpret blueprints and contract documents; manage scope changes and risks.
• Monitor milestones, productivity, and budget; approve invoices and control waste.
• Ensure safety and quality control across all project phases; maintain clear stakeholder communication.
