Job summary

Project Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Engineering division’s construction management projects from pre-award through closeout.

You will support field personnel, maintain customer relationships, and manage scope, schedule, budget, documentation, compliance, and financial performance. Strong candidates will have seven+ years in engineering or construction management, excellent communication, and the ability to work with Federal/state/local clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, general contracting, construction management, or a comparable technical project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for the Engineering division and manage a portfolio of construction management projects through pre-award to closeout.
• Lead internal project kickoff meetings, confirm contract dates, staffing, invoicing requirements, and project controls.
• Manage project budgets, burn rates, job costs, labor utilization, and financial performance; address variances.
