Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Field construction means and methods experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI fall protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of complex construction projects for strategic and national clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Implement structured project delivery strategies that optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Field Operations to meet scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect budget and schedule.
• Manage project budgets, monitor cost performance, and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
• Track KPIs and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and field staff.
