Job summary

Grunley Construction Company, Inc. in the Norfolk area is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full execution of complex commercial, institutional, and government projects.

You will coordinate field and office teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and report to the Project Executive. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business and at least five years in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business.
• Minimum of five years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling.
• Strong pay application, schedule, change management, and subcontract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning to closeout with field and office teams.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedule, budgets, and cost control systems.
• Procure subcontractors, review pay applications, and manage contracts.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and information flow among stakeholders.
