Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Reno CONRAC, with a planned transition to Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe after ~18 months. The role focuses on site safety, day-to-day project execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and budget control.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of complex construction leadership, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and LEED AP is a plus. Base pay ranges $160,000–$193,500 with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. Webcor will provide training if not already certified.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred; sustainability and green building knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety on the job site and administers Webcor’s safety policy.
• Manages and publishes the project schedule on a regular basis.
• Leads, develops and mentors team members; provides timely feedback.
• Prepares and analyzes cost reports; communicates risk to senior management.
• Controls budget and forecast; negotiates pricing.
• Maintains a delay log and updates the master schedule weekly.
• Develops and implements QA/QC; oversees the Punch List program.
• Participates in pursuits as required.
• Reviews staff resource plan and updates workforce planning tools as needed.
