Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred; budgeting and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with reports, projections, change orders and cash flow.
• Oversee subcontractors, contract negotiations and procurement.
• Maintain contract files, cost reports and budget; monitor compliance.
• Lead owner meetings and maintain client communications to manage expectations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, RFPs, and project documentation.
• Direct assistant project managers and provide training to staff.
• Close out projects with organized documentation and lessons learned.
