Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project plans.
• Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, POs, submittals, RFIs, and documentation.
• Procure subcontractor services, materials, and equipment to support schedules.
• Monitor costs, change management, vendor invoices, and client billing.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with clients, design pros, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and contractual compliance throughout the project.
• Closeout including final documentation and financial reconciliation.
