Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Lead Project Manager to provide senior leadership for complex federal construction, rehabilitation, and facilities programs. You will act as the primary liaison between the contractor team and GSA, overseeing multiple project managers across sites while ensuring quality, schedule, and contract compliance.

You will drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking, with emphasis on risk mitigation and reporting to client leadership.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management.
  • Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with federal, government, or large commercial programs preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management and estimating software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO, and MIRACORP.
  • Coordinate with client program and technical managers on major initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee project managers across multiple sites.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and program activities.
  • Monitor performance to align with goals, schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Manage technical operations involving personnel, stakeholders, and complex workflows.
  • Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and QA measures.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and reporting obligations.
  • Track budgets, expenditures, cost performance, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare routine and special reports, presentations, and documentation for client leadership.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve performance issues.
