Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience with major renovations, residential conversions, adaptive reuse, or multifamily construction.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, billing, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
