Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from start to completion.
• Conduct frequent job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, organization, and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure work complies with plans, scope, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify delays and take corrective action.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate punch-list items.
• Maintain project records including progress reports and photos.
• Provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for approvals.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
