Job summary

Bonneville Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion in the Salt Lake City and surrounding markets. You will lead project teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while focusing on on-time delivery, cost control, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex documents.
• Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of LEED principles.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, CAD software and ProCore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
• Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports.
